Piquet Hill farms in conjunction with NZ farmers Livestock and Pgg Wrightson livestock sell our recorded Angus bulls at auction on the first Wednesday of September. These Bulls are made up mainly of yearlings which are suited for heifer mating to both the dairy and beef sectors. There is also a portion of 2yr bulls available which have been used as yearlings over commercial and stud cows at Piquet Hill.
All bulls that are sold at auction with deferred payment terms to the 20th of December and are not required to be freighted till the 1st of November. All bulls that are grazed on after sale are required to be insured under our terms and conditions.
Any remaining Recorded Angus Bulls are available by Private Treaty following sale day.
